Explanation of order deadlines and delivery / shipping:

Our kitchen is in Pasadena, California. We deliver locally to the surrounding 65 miles or so from our kitchen, we ship everything else in a box. If we are hand-delivering it to you, it will arrive on Sunday night or Monday when requested for Monday delivery. 

If you are outside our delivery area, we can ship it to you, in this case it won't arrive until Tuesday. You'll need to freeze some of the food that you don't plan to consume soon, as this will reduce the shelf life to 1-2 days for fish and 3-4 days for beef and poultry.
